  We had a small fire in the middle of the snow storm and filled our entire home with soot and it had an awful smell. One of my friends told us to call PDQ and they were out the same day. Very glad to see how much they knew about smoke damage and that they were able to bill my insurance company directly. They really cared and it showed. Elizabeth was extremely knowledgeable and super easy to get along with. It took about 3-4 days to complete and we are very happy with our choice.
